Phase I - Operational Audit

The assignment will commence with a detailed Asset Performance Review. This review will allow us to diagnose the issues and recommend solutions. The following fundamentals will be reviewed and examined:

Detailed Recommendations and solutions would then be provided , discussed and a way forward agreed upon to tackle critical issues identified through the review above.
